Rhea is the traditional possession of the O'Ryan Trade Cartel a dubious organization that deals in lucrative trade. O'Ryans are a self-perpetuating breed of humanoids sustained by genetic sciences and practiced in the science of cloning the infrastructure of their society.

 

The O'Ryans have requested membership on the Ukp counsel but are currently under investigation for engaging in slave production and distribution on Mars.
