Titania

Titania is known as the haunted planet.

 

At first scan the surface seems habitable but once a crew is planet side they learn that almost every living thing on Titania is lethal. From the birds to the fungus all life forms conspire to eliminate the off world intruder.

 

Human visitors have reported experiencing various hallucinations, which is probably caused by the tainted atmosphere, but no one has yet determined why.
