O'Ryans
The O'Ryans are a race of humanoids inhabiting Rhea, one of Saturn's moons.
Very few representatives of the O'Ryan race are known outside of their domain.
It is a suspected that very few O'Ryans actually exist as they are an exclusive ruling class of the planet. All of the other O'Ryan races are but biologically constructed life forms that they rule over.
So advanced is there genetic prowess that it has eclipsed other technologies.

For example when the O'Ryans required agents to negotiate interplanetary agreements with Earth they did not develop analysis engine programs but instead spawned a race of diplomats that look, act and sound disturbingly like humans. Instead of lawn mowers they create insects that eat the grass to a desired height, instead of a books they creates story telling clams.

 Since the federation has only superficial contact with the O'Ryans there is only credible data on a number of their engineered races. The most well known are the green O'Ryan slave girls which are illegally traded throughout the solar system. These creatures are bred as expert entertainers with seductive and lyrical voices, lithe bodies for dance and acrobatics and a hyper powered libido for other carnal interests. AFC medical section has corroborated the old myth that they are practically irresistible due to a complex system of pheromone interaction. The sebaceous oils of their skin as well as their saliva and other bodily fluids can act as powerful aphrodisiacs.

The O'Ryan military is populated with an engineered creature known as the "Chem Haggar". Using elements of Endurian, Gorhn and Klinkon genetics, these creatures are ready made weapons. They are bred with disciplined and military minds only strong enough to suppress their killer instincts. Chem Haggard hide can withstand almost as much damage as Gorhn hide. They have strength equal to four humans and three times a man's endurance. Chem Haggar are further enhanced by chemical stimulants that keep them in peek fighting condition.

The O'Ryans chief resource for labour is a yet un-named species resembling the Chem Haggar but much more muscular looking. These slaves perform the sorts of labour we rely on forklifts and combines to do.

"Binars" are the O'Ryan's solution to analysis engines. These paired creatures have a telepathic link to their mate combined with a mentally accelerated metabolic process that allows them to think at an unbelievable rate. Binars are able to calculate equations faster than our best Babbage engines. They require only a conversation to enter in data or create new programming. Each pair usually has a specialty such as mathematics, applied physics, ciphers and encryption, Æthermetrics, ballistics, etc.

The O'Ryans have petitioned the Ukp for entry as a member but the issue of slavery has placed their application into litigation. The O'Ryans claim that Parliaments ruling on Selenites as biological robots frees them from allegations of slave trading as they are merely developers of biological automata. Their case is still awaiting hearing by the UKP Ruling Council.
