The HOOD is the flagship of the Ukp. It includes a number of ambassadors and many officers from the UKP Diplomatic Bureau. It has had an illustrious career and has earned quite a reputation under its current commander. Its recent missions have been more saber rattling and posturing than fighting or exploration.
