Space Grunion
Space Grunion are small torpedo shaped Æther creatures that are propelled by a collective gravity field. These silica based creatures feed on metal and they congregate into clouds of millions. If a mob of these creatures is allowed to come in contact with a ship they can strip it like a school of piranha.
