Winged Tubbies
These vapor filled gas grazers can grow to 50 yards in length and are usually found floating in the high atmospheres of the warmer gas giants. They are non aggressive and have no other purpose than to graze on the Æther micro flora and fall prey to other forms of æther fauna. They are sometimes referred to as "æther cows", "Gas Bags" or "Bloaters". Smaller versions of the species that live in the Ammonium veins are called "Ammonia Fish". Their interest to Æther F leet Science Division is that nothing is known of their method of propulsion or levitation.
