Ballistic Lightning
A self sustaining electrical discharge in free space which maintains its' spherical form until it comes into contact with a means for releasing the inherant charge. Such mediums as matter or an energy field are effective conduits for the charge. Ballistic lightning is the projectile of a Ballistic Lightning Thrower or "Lightning Gun". |
